According to latest rumors, Canon currently is working on a new menu system for the upcoming cameras. The first camera going to have new menu system could be the flagship EOS-R1. And also Canon EOS R5 & EOS R6 may get a firmware update for the new menu system.
Source said that you will be able to select the “Canon Classic” menu system or the new menu system on your camera.
