Canon to Announce Higher-end APS-C Mirrorless Camera and EOS M50 II in Late 2020 to Early 2021

After announcement of EOS R5 (B&H/Adorama/Amazon) and EOS R6 (B&H/Adorama/Amazon), Canon now focus on APS-C mirrorless cameras. According to latest rumors, Canon may announce two new APS-C mirrorless cameras in late 2020 to early 2021. One is a higher-end APS-C mirrorless camera, the other is the Canon EOS M50 Mark II.

The higher-end Canon APS-C mirrorless camera is expected to be announced in late 2020 to early 2021. Source said this new camera will be an EOS R6 with an APS-C sensor, though currently no info about whether this camera will be RF mount or EF-M mount. As already rumored before, Canon will announced an RF 18-45mm IS STM lens, this lens seems to be an APS-C lens. Maybe Canon will announce an APS-C RF mount mirrorless camera to compete with Nikon Z50 and Sony a6600.

The second Canon APS-C mirrorless camera is Canon EOS M50 Mark II, to replace current EOS M50.
