Roadmap of Canon Cameras for the Rest of 2019 to 2020

Here is an updated rumored roadmap for Canon cameras from the second half of 2019 to 2020. For the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Olympic games, Canon will release plenty new cameras starts in this Summer. Below is the list of upcoming Canon cameras:

Canon EOS 90D is already confirmed, it will feature with a 32.5MP APS-C sensor, can shoot 4K video at 60p, and 10fps, the rumored US price for EOS 90D body is $1,399. The official announcement is expected in late August to early September, 2019. You can see more rumored specs of EOS 90D.

The Canon EOS M5 Mark II/M6 Mark II will replace current EOS M5/M6. The official announcement is expected in the second half of 2019.

The Canon EOS-1D X Mark III is the flagship DSLR camera to be announced in the first half of 2020, ahead of Tokyo 2020 Olympic games.

The Canon EOS RS is a high megapixel full frame mirrorless camera to be announced in late 2019 to early 2020. To replace current EOS 5DS/5DS R. Pixel count of Canon EOS RS will be above 60MP.

The Canon EOS RX or EOS R Pro is a high-end/flagship full frame mirrorless camera to be announced in 2020. It should have similar specs as EOS-1D X Mark III. Stay tuned.

Canon EOS 5D Mark V will be the last 5D series full frame DSLR camera. After that it will also replaced by full frame mirrorless cameras. It could be announced late 2020 to early 2021.
