As already rumored before, Canon will announce two new EOS R mirrorless system cameras in the first half of 2020. One announcement in February ahead of CP+ 2020, the other in May ahead of Photokina 2020.
According to latest rumors on CR, after the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III (B&H/Adorama/Amazon), Canon will focus again on EOS R mirrorless system. Ahead of CP+ show 2020 in February, Canon will announce a new EOS R mirrorless camera, most likely the Canon EOS RS high megapixel full frame mirrorless camera. And at least two new RF lenses. The rumored Canon EOS R Mark II is coming later 2020.
According to CR, a silver & black color scheme 1D series DSLR camera now leaked online. This camera could be a prototype of Canon EOS-1D X Mark III flagship DSLR camera. Will Canon release silver version of Canon EOS-1D X Mark III ? Stay tuned.
Sigma has already released their E-mount and L-mount mirrorless lenses since mid-2019. According to latest rumors, Sigma will also release there RF -mount mirrorless lenses in early 2020, probably around CP+ 2020. If true, it would be great for the EOS R system.
