Canon has filed a new lens patent for Canon EOS R full frame mirrorless cameras. The lens patent is RF 13-21mm f/2.8L lens. See the details below:
Canon has already released their first RF mount internal zoom lens: RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon). This lens turns out one of the best selling lenses currently. According to latest Canon Japan patent, Canon may also announce a new RF 70-200mm f/4L internal zoom lens.
Canon has just filed two new RF lens patent for standard zoom lenses: RF 24-85mm f/2.8L and RF 24-100mm f/2.8L.
Canon recently has registered several new RF mount superzoom lens patents, they are RF 28-280mm f/2.8, RF 28-135mm f/4, RF 24-170mm f/4. The RF 28-280mm f/2.8 lens should be a very large and heavy lens if it is real.
